Responsibilities & Liability

All exhibitors assume responsibility for their booth, products, and activities during the event. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMC Florida, the event venue, and all affiliated partners from any claims or damages arising from participation. Carrying business and liability insurance is strongly recommended.
Florida Sales Tax Requirements
All vendors must comply with Florida state sales tax laws. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax on all sales made during the event. A vendor slip or tax form may be required before leaving the venue depending on your product category.
