Bindegewebsmassage (CTM) & Neuromuscular Technique
Bindegewebsmassage, also known as Connective Tissue Massage (CTM), is a specialized therapeutic technique that uses light, precise pulling strokes applied to the superficial fascia — the connective tissue just beneath the skin.
This technique is performed without oils or lubricants, allowing for direct engagement with the fascial system and nervous system. Often referred to as “reflexive bodywork,” it works through skin-to-organ relationships to influence deeper structures within the body.
Although widely used in Europe and medical settings, this technique remains rare in the United States, making this a unique opportunity to learn from one of the few experienced instructors teaching it today.
